Beginner Tai Chi Class
Come out to the Glen at Crossmount and enjoy Tai Chi classes in a beautiful environment!
This 6-session course will help you become an independant tai chi practitioner. Nine moves, refered to as “The Infinite Nine”, is a Chen-style tai chi developed by Dr. Keith Jeffery.
Benefits of regular tai chi practise are: improved balance and memory. Tai Chi enhances the immune system, reduces stress, improves balance and coordination, lowers blood pressure and increases muscle tone and flexibility.
Tuesdays – May 30 , June 6, June 13
Thursday – June 1 , 8, & 15
Class time is 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Cost is $85+tax , includes all 6 classes
About the Instructor:
Bill Clarke has been a practitioner of tai chi for the past 12 years and has been instructing tai chi for the last 2 years. Clients have included adults suffering from multiple sclerosis and stroke. Clarke is a certified Easy Tai Chi instructor.
