Multi Level Flow Yoga
Join us in a large spaced out, serene, environment for : Multi-Level Flow
A moderately paced class which builds core strength, flexibility, and a calm nervous system. The postures are presented in a more challenging way and with more variations. Introduction and use of backbends, shoulder stands, and inversions.
Due to COVID, we are unable to lend you supplies, you must bring your own water bottle, mat, and towel.
This class will run every Tuesday from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm for 6 weeks. Classes are non-refundable.
